Our small group personal training program is designed to deliver an optimal standard of training to achieve results in a focused yet fun training group environment. Small group training allows our members access to expert coaching.
To deliver an optimal standard of training we limit each session to a maximum of 8 people. This ensures that each person gets the individual attention maximizing results. The program is adjusted to your own personal fitness level and goal while training with like-minded people in a friendly atmosphere.
Small group training offers all the benefits of 1 -n 1 training for a fraction of the cost. We have built this program to be a part of your long-term plan, get you amazing results, enjoy your training, and most importantly become a healthier better version of yourself.
